Downtakings / Stripouts
Soft strip or defit, removal of all non-structural elements including ceilings, flooring, fixtures, fittings, and mechanical/electrical systems.
First, Second, Final Fix
Sequential stages of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work – First Fix through to Finishing, Testing and Commissioning.
